The term CEA could as easily be applied to the environment required to grow a wide range of edible mushrooms with added health benefits. It seems to be a different type of farmer that grows mushrooms, but essentially the skills are an extension to planting a seed in a substrate on a shelf, then controlling and monitoring the temperature, humidity, airflow and lighting schedule until harvest.
