GreenTech 2016 to be packed with inspiring sessions and speakers

Gain knowledge and grow your business perspective, obtain key advice and build knowledge from over 20 inspiring speakers tackling over 30 topics in the GreenTech Threatres. Delve deep into the new trends and hottest topics, as well as practical hands-on advice from real-world cases and years of experience. The theatres are focused around the four central themes of GreenTech: water, biobased, energy and crops particularly aimed at growers and investors.

 

A committee of six industry experts advises the organizers on the themes, topics and speakers at the sessions to ensure a high quality knowledge programme that is challenging and highly relevant with important take aways. The Advisory Board is designed to assist in driving an impartial, yet informed dialogue on the rapidly evolving horticulture industry. The Board provides insight into trends and latest developments, as well as offer guidance into the overall program development.

 

The members of the advisory board are:

  • Mr. Sjaak Bakker – Business Unit Manager Greenhouse Horticulture at Wageningen UR  and Chairman of the Sessions Advisory Board
  • Mr. Aad van den Berg – Managing Director Delphy
  • Mr. Jeroen Ravensbergen – Sales manager/Chairman Modiform
  • Mr. Joep Hendricks – Managing Director HortiAlliance
  • Mr. Peter Prins –  Senior adviser Netherlands Water Partnership (NWP)
  • Mr. Edward Verbakel – Group Managing Director VB Group

 

An inspirational line-up of speakers are bringing a wealth of experience and challenging perspectives to the GreenTech sessions, topics will include robotica, soil versus substrate, biodegradable or compostable, water and energy efficiency, whats new in high and midtech solutions. The full programme will be available end of April.
